Wayne Victor Vail

Wayne V. Vail, 46, of Tarpon Springs, FL and formerly of Lewiston, MN, died Friday, August 12, 2005, in Tarpon Springs, FL. Wayne was born October 18, 1958 in Hahn AFB, Germany to Victor Vail and Renata Bausch. Wayne's mason work took him to many areas of the country including New Hampshire, Alaska, California, South Carolina and Florida for the past nine years. Wayne was a member of the Lutheran faith and loved to follow sports.Wayne is survived by his wife, Karen Poloski of Palm Harbor, FL and their two sons, Dylan and Zachary; parents, Victor and Sheriann (Daniels) Vail of Lewiston, MN; grandmother, Gloria Daniels of Eyota, MN; brother, Daniel (Amanda) Vail of Lewiston, MN; sisters, Tamara Bicaise of Leakesville, MS, Vickiann (Michael) Nelson of Lewiston, MN and Marion Bausch of Oklahoma; nephew, Steven Nelson; and nieces, Rebecca and Rachael Bicaise and Summer Nelson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Renata (Bausch) Vail, grandparents, John and Frances Vail and Don Daniels, uncles, Theodore and Robert Vail, aunt, Shirley Boone and brother-in-law, Brian Bicaise.Funeral services are planned for Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 11:00am at Hoff Funeral Homes ? Lewiston Chapel. Burial will be in the Warren Township Cemetery in Lewiston, MN. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
