Vila K. Shell

HOFF FUNERAL HOMES - HOUSTON CHAPEL 507-896-3127 HOUSTON, MINN. - Vila K. Shell passed from this earth following a long battle with cancer. Vila will forever be in our hearts and prayers. Vila Kathleen Kabat was born in LaCrosse Wis. on February 14, 1933. She married George Martin. Together they raised their five children. Vila is survived by her sons: George Martin, Jr. of Denver, Col., Shawn (Shelby) Martin of Houston, Minn., Chris (Tammy) Martin of Mebane, North Carolina, and Mary (Fred) Beitz of Detroit Lakes, Minn.; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Jackie and Georgene. She was preceded in death by her husband, George; a daughter Coreene; a grandson Daniel; and by two sisters and one brother. May the Lord bless and keep her in the Kingdom of life he promises, and may she be joined with the loved ones she has missed for so long. The brightest star we see will be her dancing in the everlasting light of our beloved Lord. Private family services have been scheduled.
