Vera L. Wychgram

Winona, MNVera L. Wychgram, 84, died Sunday, October 31, 2004 at Alterra Sterling House of Winona. Vera was born May 31, 1920 in Winona, MN to Jacob and Minnie (Leila) Davis. She married Lester Wychgram on March 2, 1946 in Winona, MN. He later died November 18, 1995. Vera was a lifelong resident of Winona where she was a member of McKinley United Methodist Church. Vera enjoyed crocheting, cooking and doing word puzzles.Survivors include her daughter, Sue (Wes) Babcock of Pardeeville, WI; one granddaughter, Megan Babcock of Winona; and four sisters, Evelyn Schiel of Winona, Lorraine Hammond of Rumford, Maine, Ada (Wesley) Kittle and Lois Prigge both of Winona. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lester, grandson, Aaron, sister, Marilyn and brother, Lynn.A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2004 at 11:00am at McKinley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Donald Budd officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Hoff Funeral Homes ?
