St. Charles, MN Veneta E. Siebenaler, 95, of St. Charles, MN, died Friday, April 3, 2009 at her home. Veneta was born on May 20, 1913 in Olmsted County to August and Lydia (Hein) Michael. On June 2, 1931 she married Leonard Siebenaler. Together they lived in St. Charles and were members of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Leonard passed away December 2, 1994. Veneta was a homemaker and worked for Home Produce in St. Charles for 16 years, retiring in 1978. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, flowers and especially driving her Buick. She will be dearly missed. Veneta is survived by her son Curt (Judy) Siebenaler of St. Charles; two daughters, Delores Maier of Eyota, MN and Diane (Gary) Ruehling of Grants Pass, OR; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bernice Prudoehl and Dorothy Munz both of St. Charles; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonard, two brothers, two sisters, and son-in-law Bob Maier. The Funeral Mass for Veneta will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with the Reverend James Callahan and Reverend Cathal Gallagher officiating.
