Valentine Daniels

Winona, MNValentine "Tino" Daniels, 72, died Friday, July 2, 2004 at the Lake Winona Manor in Winona, MN. Tino was born November 10, 1931 in Minneiska, MN to Leo and Olga (Legrud) Daniels. He married Marian Pasche and they were later divorced. Tino had worked for Hubbard Foods and Fibrite but is best known for tending bar in the area for many years including the Oasis bar. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Minneiska, MN. Survivors include Tino's long time friend, Elsie Tomashek; four daughters, Debra Nisbit of Gresham, OR, Tammy (Daniel) Wittenberg of Algona, IA, Kelly (Ken) Kreidermacher of Rollingstone, MN and Karen (Tom) Nay of Winona, MN; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bruce (Darlene) of Primeville, OR and Silas; and three sisters, Lillian Siebenaler of Winona, MN, Violet Kram of Winona, MN and Margie Ney of Shula Vista, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, George and Gale and one sister, Daisy. Funeral services are planned for Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at 3:00pm at Hoff Funeral Homes ? Burke Winona Chapel with the Reverend Michael Cronin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery in Minneiska. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
