Rosemary L. Gaffney, 85, of Winona, died Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Lake Winona Manor. A prayer service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 31 in the Tranquility Chapel at Lake Winona Manor with Reverend Monsignor Thomas J. Hargesheimer officiating. Burial will be in Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ. Hoff Celebration of Life Center is assisting with arrangements.
