Rodney Thompson

Rodney A. Thompson, 84, died Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Rushford, MN. Rodney was born February 12, 1921 Newberg, MN to Roy and Frances (Todd) Thompson. Rodney farmed with his father for many years moving to Rushford and working in Winona for Archer Daniels. Survivors include one niece, Carole (Joe) Fallenstein of Edina, MN; two nephews, Joe (Kathy) Johannes of Lakeside, OR and Thomas (Lourdes) Johannes of Honolulu, HI; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Winifred.Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2005 at 1:30pm at Hoff Funeral Homes ? Rushford Chapel with funeral celebrant John Wagenaar officiating. Burial will be in the Newberg Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
