Robert B. Lee

MONEY CREEK, MINN. - Robert "Bob" B. Lee, 80, of Money Creek died Saturday, August 13, 2005, at Lake Winona Manor in Winona, Minn. Bob was born on June 21, 1925, in Crystal Valley, Minn. to Thorie and Esther (Tesmer) Lee. He married Rose Burfield on April 25, 1946, in Money Creek, Minn. Bob was a farmer, worked in sales and worked for the maintenance department at Winona Community Memorial Hospital for over 20 years. He was a member of the Money Creek United Methodist Church and the Arnet - Sheldon American Legion Post in Houston. Bob enjoyed dancing, playing cards, woodworking, and most of all, spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Rose; one daughter, Ruth (Henry) Kleist of Rushford, Minn.; one son, Rolland Lee of Winona, Minn.; five grandchildren: James (Lisa) and Patrick (Michelle) Kleist, Angela (Tom) Lee, Heather Larson and Heidi Perry; and six great-grandchildren: Cameron, Jordan, Hannan, Myriam, Krissy, and Autumn. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Harold and Allen; and one daughter-in-law, Debbie. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Hoff Funeral Homes - Houston Chapel with the Rev. Fauntie Wilcoxon officiating. Burial will be in the Money Creek Cemetery with military honors by the Arnet - Sheldon American Legion Post. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. The family prefers memorials to be directed to the Money Creek United Methodist Church.
