Raymond H. Streuber, 90, died Thursday, December 24, 2009, at Sauer Memorial Home in Winona. Ray was born June 21, 1919, in Winona, MN, to Otto and Frances (Datta) Streuber. Ray served in the U.S. Army during WWII serving in the Pacific Theater. He married Bernice Lilla on August 17, 1952, in Winona, MN. Ray graduated from Dunwoody Institute with skills in printing and worked for J.R. Watkins for 45 years as a printer. Ray is lovingly remembered for his ability to fix anything and being everyone's handyman, and his great sense of humor. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.Survivors include his wife, Bernice; sons, Jay Streuber of Winona, MN, and David (Trisch) Maricopa, AZ; grandson, Kurt; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Arthur.Private family services have been held and burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
