WINONARaymond J. Koebernick of Winona, MN passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2014. He was 75 years old. Raymond was born in Williams, MN on April 3 1939. There will be no funeral service, on the behest of Ray, as he wanted no "fuss" and preferred that his life be celebrated by all that he loved and who loved him. Raymond lived the last days of his life in Winona, MN where he previously owned his painting business. He loved to fish and garden. He always had the best garden and what he didn't can or cook up, he gave away to others. He was a great cook and made the best Split Pea soup! He also liked to play the guitar and sing. When he was younger, he often had people over for "jamming" sessions. Raymond enjoyed playing cribbage, horseshoes, and backgammon- he created memories cherished by many.
