Patrick M. Kaiser, age 58 of Stockton, passed away on Saturday, September 4 at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse. Patrick was born on October 11, 1962 in Winona, the son of Richard and Darlene (Waletzko) Kaiser. He was raised in the Winona area with his two sisters and graduated from Winona Senior High School. Patrick was employed full time at Technigraph Corporation of Winona while in high school and upon graduation continued his employment with company dedicating over 35 years to the organization. Patrick served in various positions for the company including many years in a leadership role. He was united in marriage to Amy Griffin in 2007 in Winona.
Patrick was a gifted technician and mechanic; he enjoyed repairing or restoring anything with an engine or motor. He was generous with his time and was always willing to help a friend or family member in need. When he wasn't at work, Patrick enjoyed watching sports mostly NASCAR races during the season and the Minnesota Vikings on Sundays.
Patrick will be greatly missed by his wife, Amy Kaiser; children, Robin and Ashley Matejka; sisters, Lori (Hamed) El-Afandi of Chandler, AZ, Christine (Lance) Duellman of Winona; honorary brother, Jimmy C (Brenda) Christensen of Winona; brother-in-law, Dave (Nancy) Griffin; mother-in-law, Nanci (Carroll) Moger; father-in-law, Dave (Gail) Griffin; as well as his nieces, nephews, other extended family and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Darlene Kaiser.
There will be a Celebration of Patrick's Life held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 17, at the Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Winona. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Celebration from 10-11 AM. Memorials are preferred to Patrick's wife, Amy Kaiser.
