Patricia "Pat" Agnes Jonsgaard, 82 of Winona, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 26, 2021 at her home.
Pat was born January 7, 1939 in La Crosse to Susie (Kearns) Haines and was raised in Dresbach. On May 11, 1957, Pat married Arvid Jonsgaard and this May they would have celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary.
Pat worked for various places throughout the years, including the Winona Knitting Mills, ORC and Sue's Lettering. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Wilson.
Pat loved to go camping and they spent many years at their site in Money Creek as well as a few winters in Arizona. Anytime there was a campfire, Pat had to have a smore. She enjoyed BINGO and was an avid card player, she and Arvid would play a game or two of Euchre every day. Her family was her true pride and joy. She treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren.
Pat is survived by her husband, Arvid; sons, Joseph (Becky), Jeff (Jennifer), Darran (Dana) and Lee (Clare); 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Lorraine McFadden.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Susie (Kearns) Haines and three brothers, Luverne, Jerry and Gary Haines.
Funeral Service will be 12 p.m., Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 910 East Second Street, the temporary location of Hoff Celebration of Life Center with the Reverend Will Thompson officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m., until the time of the service. Masks and social distancing are required. She will be laid to rest at Immaculate Conception Cemetery at a later date.
