Patricia Kay "Pat" Plank, 66, of Faribault died Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home. Pat was born September 12, 1952 in Winona to Frank and Bernice (Leisen) Stark. She graduated from Lewiston- Altura High School in 1971. On May 12, 1973 she and Ricky Plank were married at St. Charles United Methodist Church. They made their home in Altura, where Pat had worked as a waitress at Red's Roost, worked at Altura Turkey Plant and was a stay at home Mother. In 1997 they moved to Faribault. Pat loved to shop "with no season and no reason". She enjoyed crocheting, making crafts of any sort, enjoyed motorcycle trips with Rick to Sturgis, going to the movies, dining out, her grandkids, love for country music, and learning to play the guitar.
Survivors include her husband Rick, three children, Darcy (Brian) Earle of Garden City, MI; Travis Plank of Zumbrota and Dana Plank of Faribault, five grandchildren; Braden, Soren and Kellyn Earle, Franklin and Rosemary Plank, siblings, Debra (Randy) Rusert of Bethany; Randall (Cheryl) Stark of Goodview; Darlene (Gary) Beckers of Altura and Dawn Stark (Al Bartz) of Bethany. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Sherrie Krenzke.
Services to remember Pat will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hoff Funeral Service in St. Charles, with the Reverend Heather E. Klason of St. Charles United Methodist Church officiating. A reception will follow services. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery at Oak Ridge in rural Altura.
