HOFF FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICE - HANSEN CHAPEL 452-4241 WINONA, MINN. - Patricia Ann Foster, 83, of Winona died on Saturday, August 11, 2007, at the Sauer Memorial Home in Winona. Patricia was born on February 25, 1924, in Winona to George and Margaret (O'Meara) Hall. She was raised in Wyatville, Minn. And moved to Winona when she was 14 where she graduated from Cathedral School. She worked at Lake Center Industries for 37 years, retiring from there in 1988. She then worked for the food service department at Winona Public Schools until 1996. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, and was Past-President of the VFW Auxiliary. Patricia enjoyed bowling, picnics, family gatherings, watching softball, the Minnesota Twins, and the Minnesota Vikings. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii. Patricia is survived by four children: Michael (Sue) Foster of Stewartville, Minn., William (Sheryl) Foster, David (Ellen) Foster, and Rebecca (John) Rozek, all of Winona; eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, with one more on the way, and one great-great-grandchild; two sisters: Maree DeLano and Elizabeth DeLano, both of Rosamond, Cal.; and one foster sister, Hope (Bob) Dennis of Winona. She was preceded in death by her parents and her infant sister. There will be a Funeral Service for Patricia at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service - Hansen Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Hargesheimer officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery in Winona. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service - Hansen Chapel where there will be a VFW Service and a prayer service following the visitation. Friends may also call one hour prior to the Funeral Service.
