Noel Ehlenfeldt

Winona, Noel Ehlenfeldt, 65, of Winona died Friday May 13th at Winona Community Memorial Hospital. Noel was born December 25, 1939 in Oakland, CA to Lawrence "Neil" and Elaine (Jones) Ehlenfeldt. He served in the Army from 1961-1963, stationed in Germany. He and Shirley Burt were married on July 14, 1962, they later divorced. He lived in Chicago for four years and lived in Winona County for most of his life. Noel was a truck driver until retiring due to ill health. Survivors include five children, Nadine (Greg) Braatz of Portage, WI; Kelly (Jeff) Frauenkron of Winona; Kristine Ehlenfeldt of Winona; Eric (Michelle) Ehlenfeldt of Bluff Siding, WI and Kari Ehlenfeldt of Winona, eight grandchildren, Jason Ehlenfeldt; Tara & Nicholas Peterson, Brittany & Trevor Frauenkron, Matthew, Myah and Mallory Ehlenfeldt, two brothers, Lawrence (Rita) Ehlenfeldt of Stockton and Bud (Mollie) Ehlenfeldt of LeSueur, and a sister Roxanna (Albert) Fenske of Chatfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Vernon. Funeral Services will be 2PM Wednesday at Hoff Funeral Home's ? St. Charles Chapel with Funeral Celebrant John Wagenaar officiating. Burial will follow services in Hillside Cemetery I St. Charles. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Tuesday and one hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
