Nadine Dawn Myers, 88 of Winona died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Lake Winona Manor.
Nadine was born November 1, 1927 in Winona to Harold and Violet (Fallon) Panzer. She graduated from Winona High School in 1946. On May 20, 1950, she married Arthur Myers at St. Martin's Lutheran Church. Nadine worked at Northwestern Bell Telephone as an operator for many years and was a member of the Northwestern Bell Pioneer Club. She was a longtime member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church and was active in the women's circle.
Nadine enjoyed shopping, dining, being pampered at beauty salons, travel, theatre and music; but her number one joy in life was her family and she loved spending time with them.
She is survived by her husband, Art of 66 years; two children, Barb (Ron) Meier of Winona and Bruce (Lisa) Myers of Burnsville; five grandchildren, Lance and Travis Meier, both of Minneapolis, Ross Myers (fiancé, Rachel Bouton) of Denver, CO, and Jordan and Alyssa Myers both of Burnsville; one great-grandson, Elijah William Coyne; and one sister, Kathleen Kaiser of Winona.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant sister, Faith.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at St. Martin's Lutheran Church with the Reverend Richard A. Moore officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials are preferred to St. Martin's Lutheran Church or Lake Winona Manor. Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview is assisting the family with arrangements.
