Molly Welch Allen

Winona, MNMolly Allen, 37, died Friday, June 20, 2003 at St. Mary?s Hospital in Rochester, MN from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Molly was born December 7, 1965 in Winona, MN to Bob and Joan (Seykora) Welch. Molly graduated from Winona Senior High School in 1984. She married Kevin Allen in Winona, MN and they were later divorced. Molly was a lifelong employee of Winona Community Memorial Hospital working in the Food Service Dept. Molly was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and A.A. Just one of the many great memories of Molly is how she enjoyed baking cakes for her family and friends. Molly's sense of humor, smile and ability to tell a good joke will be greatly missed by her family and friends.Survivors include Molly's two sons, Chris and Zack; her mother, Joan Welch of Winona; two brothers, Joe (Kara) Welch and Dan (Deb) Welch both of Winona; two sisters, Amy (Jon Beeman) Welch of Winona, MN and Mary Welch of LaCrosse, WI; and eleven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Welch.A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at 11:00am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel Dernek officiating. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday at Hoff Funeral Homes - Burke Winona Chapel from 4-8:00pm where there will be a Christian Prayer Service at 7:30pm. Friends may also call one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
