Mary Kirchhof

Mary "Kathy" Kirchhof, 77, of Rushford, MN, died Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Rushford. Kathy was born on January 29, 1931 to John and Mary (Roechers) Ladish in Kansas City, KS. On November 5, 1949 Kathy married Deland Kirchhof. Together they farmed in the Rushford area for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rushford. Survivors include four children, Gary (Gwen) of Cresco, IA; Martin (Carol) of Desoto, WI; Allen (Barb) of St. Charles, MN; and Paula (Brent) Black of Pittsburgh, PA, eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Deland. The Funeral Mass for Kathy will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, October 13, 2008 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rushford with the Reverend Greg Havel officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Rushford. Friends may call from 5-8pm on Sunday, October 12 at Hoff Funeral Home - Rushford Chapel with a Prayer Service following visitation on Sunday and also one hour prior to the service at the church. The family prefers memorials to be directed to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rushford.
