HOFF FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICE 507-896-3127SPRING GROVE, MINN. - Marilyn I. Hahn of rural Spring Grove, Minn. died on Friday, January 9, 2015, at her home. Marilyn was born on February 7, 1930, in Mound Prairie Township of Houston County, Minn. to Andrew and Alice (Gstalden) Senn. She was raised at Mound Prairie and graduated from Houston High School in 1946. Marilyn worked at Gengler's in Caledonia. On September 29, 1951, she was united in marriage with Stanley Hahn. She farmed along-side her husband for many years and was a Tupperware Distributor during the 1970's. She was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church and was active in many church groups. Marilyn enjoyed her pets, cattle, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family members. She is survived by two children: Sharon (L.B.) Mack of Glenville, Penn., and Charles (Carla) Hahn of Houston, Minn.; four granddaughters: Alysia (Jesse) Woodard, Tyler, Britney, and Kayla; two great-grandchildren: Eliza and Henry; one sister, Evangeline Voigt of Rochester, Minn.; two sisters-in-law: Elaine Senn of Watertown, Wis. and Eileen (Russell) Sather of Houston, Minn.; and by many nieces and nephews and their families.Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Everett, Ken, Harold, and Wally; nephew, Dennis Voigt; and niece, Gloria SennThere will be a funeral service for Marilyn at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Houston with the Rev. Lane Zaffke officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service in Houston and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Stone Church Cemetery in Houston. Marilyn's family prefers memorials to be directed to Cross of Christ Lutheran Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
