Utica, MN Leaving behind a world marked by a loving family, endless courage and composure, and both good times and bad, Lynne Mary Young passed into the welcoming embrace of her Lord in the early morning hours of August 27th, 2010.Lynne M. Young, 53, died Friday, August 27, 2010, at her home in Utica following a 16-year battle with breast cancer. Lynne was born May 22, 1957, in Fairmont, MN, to George and Lois (Brooks) Kraemer. They had lived in Inver Grove Heights, MN, Tomah, WI, St. James, MN, New Castle, IN, and primarily lived in Amery, WI, prior to moving to Utica. Lynne is lovingly remembered for cooking and baking, spending time with her children and grandchildren, enjoying nature, traveling, and reading.Survivors include her husband, Mark; five children, Tyler (Kendra) Young of Waukesha, WI, Tacy (Brendon) DeRouin of Madison, WI, Tressa (Steve) Williamson of New Richmond, WI, Aaron Young of Utica, MN, and Caleb (Kendra) Young of Milwaukee, WI; four grandchildren, Shayla and Jamison Young, and Emerson and Taydon DeRouin; three brothers, Bill Kraemer of Bellgrade, MN, Paul Kraemer of Oakdale, MN, and John (Beatriz) Kraemer of Reston, VA; and sister, Kathy (Larry) Bromley of Caledonia, IL. It is altogether fitting she passed while surrounded by her loving children, keeping vigil by her bedside, to whom she had imparted wisdom and strength, on August 27th, a day devoted to St. Monica, patron saint of mothers.A visitation to celebrate Lynne's life will be held on Monday, August 30th, at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Winona from 4-8:00pm where there will be a Christian Prayer Service at 7:30pm. A private family funeral mass is planned. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Winona, MN.
