WINONALouise "LuAnne" Anne Haun, 87 of Winona, died Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Winona Health.LuAnne was born December 31, 1926 in Winona to Roman and Gertrude (Martin) Kauphusman. On September 7, 1946, she married Edward J. Haun at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Winona and they were blessed with five children. Edward worked as an archivist for the government and worked and lived in Washington and Chicago before returning to Winona for retirement in 1977. In her earlier years, she enjoyed golfing. LuAnne was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a member of the choir, Catholic Daughters, and served as a Eucharistic minister for many years. Besides baking and delivering meals, LuAnne attended daily Mass, said the rosary every day, and had a deep faith. She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends, listening to audio books, reading mysteries, and spending time with family. She is survived by her children, Carol Haun of IL, Rich Haun of IL, Don Haun of IL, and John Haun of Winona; grandchildren, Crissy, Cindy, and Ed; and great-grandchildren, Rachel, Eddie, Katie, Emma, Tommy, and Josie; siblings, Dick (Pat) Kauphusman, John (Mary) Kauphusman, Rita Kauphusman, Barb (John) Weinberger, Rick (Kathy) Kauphusman, and Jim (Nancy) Kauphusman. LuAnne was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward, in 1997; son, Edward; and siblings, Bob, Mary, Don, Margaret, and Jean.Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Sunday, September 14 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Goodview with a prayer service starting at 6:45pm. Funeral Mass will be 12:30pm, Monday, September 15 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior in the commons area. Reverend James Berning will officiate.
