Logan Kasey Kessler, 2 & ½ months, died Tuesday morning November 7, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Logan was born August 14, 2006 at Rochester Methodist Hospital. He has been ill since birth. Survivors include his mother Kelly Kessler of Lewiston and father Dan Pohlman of Caledonia, a sister Mya Kessler of Lewiston, maternal grandparents Tom & Penny Kessler of Lewiston, paternal grandmother, Nancy Pohlman of Caledonia, maternal great-grandparents Ione Kessler, Allyn and Shirley Schossow all of Lewiston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Logan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Roger Pohlman of Caledonia. Logan was a very special boy who was deeply loved by so many people, especially by his big sister, Mya. He was cared for by a terrific team of doctors and nurses in the NICU at St. Mary's Hospital. He was so strong, so silly and so beautiful. He was a "Little Fighter". Even though Logan's life was brief here on earth, his family knows that he is now healthy and discomfort free in heaven. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Saturday at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Lewiston with the Revs. Michael A. Lindemann and David A. Fischer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
