Feller, 92, of Houston, Minn. died on Monday, March 10, 2014, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wis. Lillian was born on May 13, 1921, in Yucatan Township of Houston County, Minn. to John and Jessie (Wilsie) Strupp. She was raised in Yucatan and attended Yucatan School. She married Clifford Feller in Spring Grove, Minn. Clifford died in 1987. Lillian farmed along-side her husband in Yucatan for many years and moved to Houston in 1996. For over 30 years, Lillian spent her winters in Texas, where she visited her family. Lillian was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Houston and the ladies aid there. She was active in 4-H and the Yucatan Homemakers Group. Lillian enjoyed: embroidery, different needle work crafts, among other crafts, scenic drives and square dancing. Lillian is survived by her daughter, Debra Dunn (Douglas) Hopkins of Austin, Tex.; five grandchildren: Alvin (Cleo), Anthony (Tamara), Allison, LaKeisha, and Tiffany; several great-grandchildren; one brother, John Strupp of La Crescent, Minn., and by many nieces and nephews. Besides being preceded in death by her husband, Clifford, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary and Lois. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Houston with the Rev. Lane Zaffke officiating. Burial will be in the Yucatan Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
