LeAnn R. Ellingshuysen

LeAnn Ramona Ellinghuysen, 81, formerly of Lewiston, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Winona Community Memorial Hospital in Winona, MN. LeAnn was born August 19, 1928, in Altura, MN, to Richard and Verna (Milbrandt) Eichhorst. She married Ruben Ellinghuysen on September 27, 1947, in Altura, MN. LeAnn had worked at Rush Products in Lewiston and retired from Mayo Clinic where she worked as a secretary. She was a member of Goodview Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Goodview, MN. LeAnn enjoyed bowling, fishing, traveling, playing "500" and the game Aggravation.Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Ruben; 6 children, Larry (Pam) of St. Michael, MN, Paul (Carol Lamb) of Hudson, FL, Mark (Lin) of Winona, MN, Philip of Rochester, MN, Ann (Richard) Mueller of Lewiston, MN, and Keith (Deanna) of Stockton, MN; 17 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and three sisters, Patsy Henry of Mpls., MN, Catherine Arnoldy of Wayzata, MN, and Marie (Vernon) Mattson of Rochester, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Allen and Dick. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 15th, at 1:00pm, at Goodview Trinity Lutheran Church with the Reverend Tony Hansen officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Ev. Lutheran Cemetery in Lewiston, MN.
