Laura "Lynn" Finlayson

Laura Lynn Finlayson, 58 of Winona, died Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.

Lynn was born January 10, 1966 in La Crosse to Joel and Marilyn (Rogers) Bjorlo. She graduated from Winona Senior High. Lynn married Joel Finlayson, they were married for 34 years and later divorced. Lynn worked at Sprint for several years.

She enjoyed being in the sun, shopping, cooking and watching The Young and The Restless.

Lynn is survived by her mother, Marilyn Bjorlo; daughter, Ashley (Dustin) Blom; granddaughter, Lilliana; brother, Duane (Chanel) Bjorlo; niece, Dacotah Bjorlo; nephew, Devon (Angie) Bjorlo and their children, Liam & Lucas; her former husband, Joel (Cheryl) Finlayson and his children and grandchildren– Eric Finlayson and his son, Jayden (mom, Amanda Musolf); and Josh (Julie) Finlayson and their children, Katelynn (Austin) Peterson, Dominic, Amelia and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her partner, Scott.

She was preceded in death by her father and maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 2-4 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2024 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center – Goodview. A short service will be held at 3:30 p.m.
