Kyle Lawrence Putzier

Kyle Lawrence Putzier, 19, of rural Dover died Sunday morning in a single vehicle rollover on County Highway 142 west of Dover. Kyle was born August 24, 1986 in Rochester to Larry and Patty (Nicklay) Putzier. Kyle graduated from Dover-Eyota High School in 2004. He was currently working at Steeplechase Ski Area near Mazeppa. Kyle enjoyed snowboarding, deer hunting and a day at the river. Most of all he liked to spend time with his friends. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Kyle is survived by his parents Larry and Patty, and a sister Deanne, all of Dover, paternal grandparents Lawrence and Kathy (Burns) Putzier of St. Charles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Eugene and Theresa Nicklay. A Funeral Mass will be at 11AM on Thursday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with the Rev. James Callahan officiating. Burial will follow.
