Kenneth S. Moran

Rushford, Minn. - Kenneth S. "Shorty" Moran, 80 of Rushford, died on Friday, August 31, 2007, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Rushford. Kenneth was born on May 22, 1927, in Fremont, Minn. to Thomas and Caroline (Bartleson) Moran. He lived in the Bratsberg and South Rushford area for most of his life. Kenneth worked in the road construction industry for several companies over the years. His interests included feeding and watching the birds, and following the Minnesota Twins. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, eight brothers, and two sisters. The funeral service for Kenneth will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, at Hoff Funeral Homes - Rushford Chapel with the Rev. Daryl Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove City Cemetery in Rushford. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
