Ken Biers

Ken Biers, 76, of St. Charles died Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Spring Valley Living.  Ken was born December 11, 1947 in Winona to Leonard and Elaine (Feltes) Biers.  He graduated from St. Charles High School in 1965 and entered the United States Navy, serving from 1967 – 1971 in Viet Nam and Adak, Alaska. 

Following is discharge from the Navy, Ken returned home to farm with his parents in Quincy Township of Olmsted County, farming there his entire life.

Ken is survived by his five brothers, Keith (Susan) and his daughter, Danielle (Terry) Capan, and Lennon and Willa; Wayne of Minneapolis, Jim and his son, Scott (Jennifer) Biers and their children, Amya, Alex, and Amelia; Richard (Yvonne); Dean (Jane).  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services to remember Ken will be 11.a.m. Friday, March 8, 2024 at Hoff Funeral Service in St. Charles. A visitation will begin at 10 a.m.   Military honors will be conducted at the funeral home following services.  www.hofffuneral.com.
