Judy Marie Bain

Judy M. Bain, 66, of Hutchinson and formerly of Lewiston died Monday June 16, 2008 at her home in Hutchinson. Judy was born March 24, 1942 in Winona to John and Bernice (Fuller) Miller. She graduated from Lewiston High School in 1959 and completed secretarial school in Winona. Judy and Dale Bain were married April 8, 1961 at the Lewiston Presbyterian Church. They farmed for five years and she worked as a secretary at Camera Art in Lewiston. The couple then moved to St. Paul where she worked as executive secretary for Dean Blackburn for four years. Judy then stayed home to be a fulltime mother. They made their home in Janesville, WI, Washington, IL, Fox Lake, WI, Iowa City, IA, moving to Hutchinson in 2002. Judy loved to help others. In Bloomington and Hutchinson she volunteered to help others at the local hospitals. Survivors include her husband Dale, a son Jeff (Shannon Aicher) Bain of West Branch, IA and their daughter Devin and his son Tyler, a daughter Vicky Farrington of North Liberty, IA and her children Kayla and Mason, her father John Miller of St. Charles and a brother Jack (Pat) Miller of Lewiston. Her mother preceded her in death. Funeral Services will be 11AM Friday at Hoff Funeral Home in Lewiston with Reverend Tim Gerarden of Lewiston Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Lewiston Public Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday and one hour before services Friday.
