Joseph Allen Logan

Joseph Allen Logan, 72, of Elba, died Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Minneapolis VA Hospital. Joseph was born July 8, 1948 to Norman and Bernice Logan in Winona, MN. He grew up in Winona as one of 4 children. He learned a love for the river and fishing from a young age. If he wasn't working at Winona Heat and Vent, you could bet he was fishing. He served in the Army stationed in Vietnam. He had 4 wonderful children.
Joe is survived by his children, James (Christine) Logan, Jennifer (Samuel) Kapala, Michelle (Ryan) Plutshack, Lindsey Logan; grandchildren, Zachary, Madelyn, Jackson, Hope, Eve, Hailey; sister, Barbara (Wayne) Ward; his beloved cat, Munchkin. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Peter and James.
A service will be held at a later date when it is safe to gather. Memorials preferred to the Minneapolis VA Hospital. Cards may be mailed to Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Attn: Logan Family, 3480 Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987.
