John "Jack" Gerald Kreidermacher, 84 of Rollingstone, died Friday, April 1, 2016, surrounded by his family at St. Anne Extended Healthcare.
Jack was born February 4, 1932 in Mount Vernon Township to Lawrence and Hattie (Kohner) Kreidermacher. On December 29, 1954, he married Dolores Wise at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He served in the United States Army, stationed in Germany, from 1954-1956. Jack worked at Quarve & Anderson Trucking, Arkon Construction, Kreidermacher Brothers Trucking and CD Corporation throughout the years. He was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its St. Nicholas and St. Theresa societies. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, MN Twins and MN Vikings.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores; nine children, Rick of Altura, William of Winona, Gerald (Gina) of Rollingstone, Ron (Joni) of Winona, Ken of Rollingstone, Lori Schumann of Lewiston, Kevin of Winona, Steven of Blaine and Mary (John) Holst of St. Charles; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Kreidermacher; sister-in-law, Catherine Kreidermacher and many nieces and nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Fran, Leonard, Connie & Robert; and two sisters, Winnifred Tlougan and Bernice Semling.
Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Rollingstone with the Reverend William Kulas officiating. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of Mass.
