ALTURA, MINN. Jeanette Joyce Bartsh, 73, of Altura died Saturday, February 19, 2005 at her home in Altura. Jeanette was born November 21, 1931 in Norton Township of Winona County to Armin and Leona (Matthes) Pasche. She graduated from Lewiston High School. Jeanette married Dale C. Bartsh on February 26, 1955. Dale died August 8, 1989. She worked for Hubbard Foods in Altura and Herff Jones for several years. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lewiston. Jeanette enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, gardening and lawn-work. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Jeanette is survived by five daughters; Patty (Ray) Dailey, Pam (Ron) Luehmann, Paulette (Brent) Jones and Susan Bartsh all of Lewiston, Deanna Bartsh of Winona, four sons; Steve (Lucia) Bartsh of Altura, Mike (Deb) Bartsh of Dodge Center, Jeff (Valerie) Bartsh of St. Charles and Craig Bartsh of Chatfield. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, two sisters, Lila (Vern) Curtis of Rochester and Marion Daniel of Altura. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale, a sister Darlene, and a brother Kenneth. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lewiston. Rev.'s David A. Fischer and Michael A. Lindemann will be co-officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 from 5-7 p.m. at Hoff Funeral Homes - Lewiston Chapel, and one hour before the service at the church.
