Dover, James Albert "Jim" Henry, 57, of Dover died Saturday December 18, 2010 at Olmsted Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Jim was born June 17, 1953 in Rochester to Burton and Ivene (Britzius) Henry. He graduated from St. Charles High School in 1971 and attended the University of Minnesota, taking pre-architecture classes. He later worked for area builders before returning to the family farm near Dover. He and Kathy Kisro were married May 27, 1978. They had three wonderful daughters together and later divorced. Jim was a very positive person, always putting his concern for others ahead of himself. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jim loved his family, sports and was an avid Viking, Twins and Gophers fan. As a youth Jim had been active in Methodist Youth Fellowship, Boy Scouts and 4-H and enjoyed showing cattle. Survivors include his three daughters; Emily (Grady) Babbitt of Richfield, Jena Henry of St. Paul and Lindsey Henry of Rochester, two grandsons, Burton and Keaton and three brothers, Douglas (Susan) Henry of Marshfield, MO, Bradford (Diane) Henry of Minneapolis and Charles (Sue) Henry of Dover. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service in St. Charles with the Reverend Heather Klason of Dover United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery at Dover. Public visitation will be from noon until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
