Isabelle Marie Rader, 92, of Winona, formally of Rollingstone, died Sunday, May 1, 2016, surrounded by her family. Isabelle was born August 23, 1923 at her family home in Rollingstone to John and Florence (Sherman) Rader. There she grew up with her 9 siblings and graduated from Holy Trinity School in 1941. Isabelle worked for Hubbard Foods for 45 years before retiring.
Isabelle loved playing cards--especially solitaire, completing jigsaw puzzles, and watching the Twins and Green Bay Packers. She was also known for her baking and cooking.
Isabelle is survived by her daughter, Jean Rader; siblings, Richard Rader, Steve (Connie) Rader, Clare Denzer, Shirley Drazkowski, Mary (William) Schultz, Bea Boysen, and Jack (Judi) Rader; sister-in-law, Dorothy Rader; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Winifred (John) Monahan and Robert Rader; son-in-law, Les Miller; and brothers-in-law, Neil Denzer, Joe Drazkowski, and Jay Boysen.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 7, 2016, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Rollingstone. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church.
