Irwin Mueller

St. Charles, Irwin A. Mueller, 90, of St. Charles died Wednesday evening July 14, 2004 at Whitewater Healthcare Center in St. Charles. Irwin was born July 15, 1913 in Lewiston to Hubert and Frances (Kulawski) Mueller. He grew up near Stockton. On August 25, 1935 Irwin and Grace Wondrow were married in St. Charles. They farmed in rural Utica and near Clyde until retiring and moving to St. Charles. Irwin was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in St. Charles. He enjoyed working with horses and collecting horse memorabilia. Survivors include his wife Grace, a daughter, Carmen (Virgil) Rossow of St. Charles, a grandson Marti (Deb) Ellinghuysen of St. Charles, two great-grandsons Matt & Joey Ellinghuysen, two brothers; Lloyd (Jeanne) Mueller of Clear Lake, CA and Donald Mueller of Rochester. A brother Sylvester and a sister Viola preceded him in death. Funeral Services will be 1PM Sunday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in St. Charles with the Rev. Michael Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Saratoga Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 PM Saturday at Hoff Funeral Home's ? St. Charles Chapel. Friends may also call one hour before services at the church.
