Lewiston, Georgina "Georgi" Harris, 61, of Lewiston died Wednesday, October 24th at her home. Georgi was born January 28, 1951 in Hungary to Michael and Anna (Martin) Kellan. At an early age she immigrated with her father and siblings to Australia. In 1970 she married a U.S. serviceman and moved to the United States. They later divorced. On September 23, 1983 Georgi married Kenneth Harris. Family was important to Georgi. She also had a strong faith; belonging to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lewiston, was known for her strong will and was proud of becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen. Georgi attended Winona Vo-Tech and worked for Riverside Electronics and Camera Art of Lewiston. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, riding Harley, socializing and dancing. Survivors include her husband Kenneth, children; Jason (Holly Theede-Kiese) Kiese of Fountain, Mike (Brenda Hvitved) Kiese of Weaver, Heidi (Joshua) Sisson of Tomah, WI, Valerie (John) Jimenez of St. Charles, step children; Angel Lund of Peterson and John (Michelle) Harris of Red Wing and Amy Harris of Rushford, 13 grandchildren, a brother Michael Kellan, a sister Valerie Carnovale and a step-sister Elizabeth Appleby all of Sydney, Australia and two of her closest friends, Sandy Pritzl of Lake City and Donna Luehmann of Lewiston. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Cindy Jo, her parents, step mother and father-in-law Paul Harris. Funeral Services will be 11AM Tuesday at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Lewiston with the Reverends Michael A. Lindemann and M. John Dermé officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Monday at Hoff Funeral Service in Lewiston. They may also call one hour before services at the church on Tuesday.
