Gavin Anthony Kanz, infant son of A.J. and Rachel (Kohner) Kanz, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in LaCrosse, WI. Gavin was born April 14, 2008 in LaCrosse, WI. He is survived by his parents, A.J. and Rachel Kanz; twin brother, Garret Daniel Kanz; maternal grandparents, Dan and Debbie Kohner and paternal grandparents, Cherie Kanz and Wayne (Maryellen) Kanz; uncle, Joseph Kohner; aunts, Stephanie Kohner, Jen (Jeremy) Corey and Jamie (Jason) Marshall; maternal great grandparents, Ray and Dyann Cierzan and Ed and Jane Kohner, paternal great grandparents, Robert and Louise Prodzinski, Cliff and Betty Kanz and Joseph and Leatrice Hadfield; and many other loving family and friends.Friends may call on Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service Hansen Goodview Chapel from 9:00am until noon.
