Ella M. White

Winona, MNElla M. White, 101, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Lake Winona Manor in Winona, MN. Ella was born November 7, 1903 in Portle, ND to Paul and Lydia (Gensmer) Pasche. She married Earl White in 1948 in Rochester, MN where she owned and operated the Belt Line Caf? for 20 years. She also had worked for the Brown Hotel in Rochester prior to moving to Winona in 1979. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Norton Township, MN. Ella had been a resident of Lake Winona Manor for the past two years.Survivors include three step-sons, Claire (Dee Larson) White and Bill (Molly) White both of Rochester, MN and Frank (JoAnne) White of California; several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; and one sister, Irene Hansen of Winona, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, step-daughter, Edith, and two brothers, Armin and Walter.Funeral services are planned for Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at 11:00am at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church at Norton Township, MN with the Rev. David Eckert officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Hoff Funeral Homes ?
