Lewiston, MNDorothy Leola Prigge, 82, died Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at Winona Community Memorial Hospital in Winona, MN. Dorothy was born May 26, 1923 in Hillsdale Township, MN to Leo and Elsa (Lundt) Gaulke. Dorothy was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Stockton, MN. She married Clarence A. Prigge on August 4, 1942 at Grace Lutheran Church in Stockton, MN. Together they farmed in St. Charles and Lewiston. Dorothy will be remembered for her love for flowers, gardening and crocheting. Dorothy was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Lewiston. She also belonged to 4-H Hillsdale North Star and took items to the State Fair.Survivors include her children, Dale Prigge of Lewiston, MN, Wayne (Shirley) Prigge of Lewiston, MN, Judi (Roger) Babcock of St. Charles, MN and Dean (Mary) Prigge of Lewiston, MN; grandchildren, Joette (Babcock) Johnson of Oshkosh, WI, Aaron (Kari) Babcock of Rochester, MN, Tina (Dan) Peters of Lewiston, MN, Joel (Jodi) Prigge of Lewiston, MN, Tabitha Prigge of Lewiston, Katie, Henry, Amanda, William, Benjamin, Virginia and Elsa Prigge all of Lewiston, MN; great - grandchildren, Jordan and Megan Johnson, Briar, Chance, Makenna and Walker Peters, Taylor and Dallas Prigge and Ella Babcock; two step great - grandchildren, Chelsi and Taelor Giebel; and sisters, Eleanor (Charles) Harkness of Winona, MN and Marcella (Gene) Schumacher of Altura, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clarence, brothers, LeRoy and John, sister, Lenora and granddaughter, Tiffany Prigge.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 11:00am at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church with the Reverends David Fischer and Michael Lindemann officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Winona, MN. Friends may call at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church on Friday from 3:30pm until 8:00pm and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
