Donna Lillian Gleason

Donna Lillian Gleason, 90, of St. Charles and formerly of Dover, died Monday morning May 1, 2006 at Whitewater Healthcare Center in St. Charles. Donna was born January 11, 1916 in Quincy Township of Olmsted County to Donald and Lillian (Ihrke) Holdredge. She and Milton "Molly" Gleason were married August 25, 1937. They made their home in Dover. At one time Donna had worked for Waters-Conley of Rochester and Camera Art of Lewiston. Molly died November 12, 1998. Donna was a member of the Dover United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women group. She also belonged to the Sunshine Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and the St. Charles Senior Citizen Group. Survivors include a daughter-in-law Beverly Gleason of Rochester, three grandchildren, Kevin Gleason of Mears, MI; Tamara (Dan Peterson) Gleason and Keith Gleason both of Rochester, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and four sisters, Elvira Cassel; Belva Ritchie, Verna Heaser and Beverly DuBois. She was preceded in death by her husband Molly, a son Carroll and a sister Viva Thompson. Graveside services will be at 10 AM Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery at Dover with the Rev. Sharon Johnson of Dover United Methodist officiating. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to the St. Charles Senior Citizen group
