Dolores Duncanson

Dolores Duncanson,95, passed away at Sauer Health Care in Winona on November 18.  She was born in Hart township near Winona, MN, to Adele and George Trester in 1928.  Dolores was a homemaker on the farm near Lewiston where she and her husband, Earl, lived for the 69 years of their marriage.  She was a member of the Church of the Brethren, Lewiston, where she and Earl were decans and sang in the choir.  Dolores loved her family most of all.  She enjoyed her pets, her music, and her trips to Branson, Missouri with Earl. 

Her loving family includes:  Son, Daniel Duncanson (Lynda); daughter, Susan Robinson-Denbow (Ed); her grandchildren: Holly Kurth (Lyman), Patrick Duncanson (Heidi), Angie Prondzinski (Jay), Laurie Klawiter (Joel), Nathan Robinson (Jen), Brent Robinson (Kathryn), Ross Duncanson (Cortney), and Michael Duncanson (Rachel).

Dolores’ great grandchildren are Nicholas, Spencer, Steven and Sydney (Holly); Derek, Kyrie and Dustyn (Patrick); Justin and Jadin (Angie); Caspian (Nathan); Josh, Jake, Lilly and Thomas (Laurie); Blake and Caleb (Brent); Dylan and Bridget (Ross); and Charlotte (Michael).  Her great-great-grandchildren are Shania and Delora (Steven).

Dolores is preceded in death by Earl; Ed Robinson, her son-in-law; her brothers, Clarence and Willard; her sister-in-law, Bernice; and her great-granddaughter, Kayla.

  Funeral services will be at the Lewiston Church of the Brethren on Wednesday, November 29 at 11:00, officiated by Jamie Risser and Gordon Hoffert.  Visitation will be Tuesday, November 28 from 4 to 7 at Hoff Funeral Home in Lewiston and from 10:00 to time of service.  Any monetary remembrances will be donated according to Dolores’ wishes. wwwhofffuneral.com.
