In 1991 they purchased Bob's Trailer Park on Marion Road. They sold Hendershot Guest Home in 1999. Delbert and Jaqueline moved to Stewartville in 2016 and sold their trailer park in February 2017. He took pride in caring for his mother Almina many years until her recent death.
