David Lee Otis

David Lee Otis, 69 of Mabel, MN, passed away on December 13, 2024 at Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, WI. 

David was born on July 11, 1955 the son of Howard and Marjorie (nee Adams) Otis in Oakland, CA. David attended school in the Burnsville, MN area and was a graduate of Burnsville High School. He then furthered his education in welding in a vocational program. David loved to fish and do woodworking. He will be remembered for the care and assistance he provided to his parents, whom he adored.

David is survived by brother Paul Otis; sister Annette Larsen; sister-in-law Tammy Otis; brother-in-law Paul Larsen and 7 nieces and nephews and their families. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Marjorie Otis, sister Deborah Otis, niece Alyssa Zillhart. 

Services for David will be held in the Spring of 2025. 

Memorial donations may be made in David's name to The American Liver Foundation.
