Daniel Lee Brommerich, 71, of Winona, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017. He was born on November 28, 1945 in Winona to Edward and Betty (Schettler) Brommerich. On July 15, 1972 he married Margaret Hartman in St. Paul, MN. Together they lived in Wescoy Valley for 45 years where they raised their six children. Daniel was hard working, a farmer, and jack-of-all trades owning his own maintenance business with his sons. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren. He was friendly and kind and sought ways to help others in need. Daniel was a member of the Winona Congregation of Jehovah's Witness since 1963 and enjoyed sharing God's hope for the future while in the ministry. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Margaret; children, Rachel (Jeff) Bradshaw, Elizabeth (Alex) Hoes, David Brommerich, Philip Brommerich, Leah (Freddie) Dembraski, and Thomas Brommerich; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Reiner, Marcus, Karl, Mckenna, and Gerhard; and siblings, Susanna (Jan) LeCou, Rebecca (Jack) Dembraski, Robert (Karen) Brommerich, Julie Brommerich, John Brommerich, Jane Brommerich, Tim (Glenda) Brommerich, and Sarah Brommerich. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Michael Brommerich and granddaughter, Emily Mae. Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdon Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Winona, MN. Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview, is assisting the family.
