Houston, MN Cynthia M. Dybing, 72, of Houston, MN, died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse, WI. Cynthia was born on June 26, 1937 to Melford and Cherrie (Bremmer) Eide in LaCrosse, WI. She grew up in Rushford and graduated from Rushford High School. On July 3, 1958 she married Ronald Dybing in Canton, MN. Cynthia worked at various places throughout her life, she started at a Rootbeer Stand in Rushford, the Kahler Hotel in Rochester, Niggle's Café in Rushford, was a homemaker for many years, was a waitress at Valley High Golf Course, and Aunt May's Kitchen in Houston and was a bartender at the Legion until her retirement. Cynthia enjoyed gardening, canning and freezing, bird watching, and especially loved and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. Cynthia is survived by her mother, Cherrie Eide of Rushford; husband of 51 years, Ronald of Houston; three daughters, Maxine Dybing of LaCrosse, WI, Debra (Larry) Gaustad of Houston, and Lisa (Cecil) Graf of Hokah, MN; six grandchildren, Randi (Mike) Rhode Johnson of Jonesborough, TN, Samantha (Stephan) Rhode Cantrell of Jonesborough, TN, Adam Gaustad of Houston, MN, Metta (Marc) Kuehntopp of Goodview, MN, Jessica Graf of Fountain City, WI, and Melissa Graf of Hokah, MN; three great-grandchildren, Kynlee Johnson, Brylee Johnson, and Joseph Cantrell; sister Donna (Junior) Van Gundy of Houston, MN; two brothers, Stanley (Kathy) Eide of Harmony, MN and Darrell Eide of Rushford, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Melford. The Funeral Service for Cynthia will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Houston, MN with the Reverend Mark Neithammer officiating. Burial will be at Silver Creek Cemetery in rural Houston. Friends may call from 4-8pm on Monday, November 30, 2009 at Hoff Funeral Home - Houston Chapel and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
