Celestine S. Neeser

Celestine S. Neeser, 92, of Wabasha and formerly of Lewiston died Friday March 16, 2007 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Wabasha. Celestine was born January 26, 1915 in Tyler, MN to Henry and Henrietta (Baasen) Prom. She married Leonard Neeser May 30, 1938 in Sauk Rapids, MN. They moved to Lewiston in 1958. Leonard died June 12, 1991. Celestine later entered St. Elizabeth's Care Center in Wabasha. She was a homemaker and community volunteer. Celestine is survived by her children, Roger (Boni) Neeser of Stillwater, Dennis (Ruthanne) of Willmar and a daughter Marian (Paolo) Romero of Fort Collins, Co. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, a brother Ray St. Cloud and a sister Caroline of Sauk Rapids. A Funeral Mass will be 11AM Wednesday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Lewiston with The Reverends Marreddy Pothireddy and Milo Ernster concelebrating. Friends may call at the church from 9:30 AM Wednesday until time of services. Hoff Funeral Home of Lewiston is assisting the family with arrangements.
