Carolyn Redding

Carolyn Marie Redding, 69 of Winona and formerly of Brookfield, WI, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at Mayo Clinic Hospital - Rochester, St. Mary's Campus with her family by her side.
She was born September 27, 1950 in Chicago, IL to Floyd and Thelma "Marie" (King) Smith. She devoted her life to her family; raising her daughters and eventually becoming a grandma, her family was her true pride in life. She went to every school activity, volunteered whenever possible, was a foster parent, and loved attending activities for both her kids and grandkids. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and writing. Carolyn was blessed with loyal friends in Sebring, FL and Brookfield, WI where she had spent most of her life.
While living in Winona, she was attending Pleasant Valley Church.
Carolyn is survived by her three daughters, Laura (Joseph) Ng, Jennifer (Christopher) Williamson and Mistie (Gregory) Clemmerson; grandchildren, Mitchell, Emmalena, Benjamin & Sydney Williamson; Olivia, Isaac & Marshall Ng; and Ethan, Kenneth & Savannah Smith; her mother, Marie Hanlin; sister, Sharon (Peter) Vasilievich and brother, Pete (Ellen) Smith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Earl Smith.
