Caleb James Larson, 25, of, Northfield, Minnesota died unexpectedly on July 26, 2016 in Carson City, Nevada. Caleb was born on December 2, 1990 in Worthington, MN to Cynthia Jean Wingert and Walter Erick Larson. He lived in Worthington until the age of four when he moved to Rochester, Minnesota with his mother. He moved to Blaine, Minnesota at the age of nine and then to Northfield, Minnesota at the age of twelve. Caleb attended Northfield High School and South Central Community College. He worked at Daikin Applied (formerly McQuay International) in Faribault, Minnesota and was employed at Post Cereal (formerly Malt-O-Meal) in Northfield, Minnesota at the time of his death.
Caleb loved traveling, riding his motorcycle, roller blading, fishing with his grandfather, working out, computer gaming, kicking people's butts at any and every board or card game, and most importantly, spending time with his large extended family and his friends. He enjoyed making people laugh and lifting their spirits. He lit up the room when he entered with his charismatic personality. He was known for his witty humor, tender heart and giving the most amazing hugs. He was much loved and will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.
He is survived by his mother and Don Mullennex of Northfield, Minnesota, by his father and his wife, Marila Da Silva, of Naperville, Illinois, and by his grandparents, James and Lois Larson of Fulda, Minnesota. He is also survived by nine aunts, nine uncles and forty two first cousins, their spouses, and their families, and many special friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruby and Julius Wingert, of St. Charles, MN, three uncles, one first cousin, and one first cousin once removed.
Funeral Services will be 4:30 p.m. Sunday, August 7th, at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service in St. Charles led by funeral celebrant Jenny Hoff.
