Beryl V. Lee

Houston, MNBeryl V. Lee, 81, died Wednesday, August 16, 2006, in Houston, MN. Beryl was born March 11, 1925 in Winona, MN to Vernon and Lela (McNally) Lee. Beryl served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was in the European Theater. Beryl was a life long farmer and also hauled livestock for many years for farmers in the Houston area. He was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church. Beryl enjoyed being a horse trader and loved dogs.Survivors include his wife, Shirley; son, Arlan Lee of Onalaska, WI; step-daughter, Melissa Tippery of Alden, MN; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Dale Lee of Dakota, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 21, 2006, at 2:00pm at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church with the Reverend Louise Stromberg officiating. Burial will be in Money Creek Cemetery.
