Arthur Sandvig

RUSHFORD, MINN. Arthur "Art" M. Sandvig, 85, died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at Lake Winona Manor. Art was born July 1, 1919 in Fillmore County to Alfred and Mary (Ukkestad) Sandvig. He was a life-long resident and farmer in the Rushford area. He was a member of Rushford Lutheran Church. Art is survived by a brother Morris (Shirley) Sandvig, Wilson, MN, a nephew Allan (Annie) Block, Winona, MN, two nieces; Linda (Roger) Eide, Wilson, MN, Barbara (Don) Wells Jr., Wilmington, OH,; also two grand nieces, and 4 grand nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Cora Block and Bernice Browning, and one infant brother Donald. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at Rushford Lutheran Chruch with Rev. David Watson officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Hoff Funeral Homes ?
